About Group Training
It’s a great way to build new friendships and make new fitness buddies to hold you accountable!
In group training you will:
- Do a fitness assessment of your current level of fitness, individually.
- Set realistic goals individually with Willy.
- Get circuit-style strength training with two other like-minded people.
- Have a weekly goal review to keep you on track!
- Nutrition and ongoing support from Willy and your group members.
