About Group Training

It's a great way to build new friendships and make new fitness buddies to hold you accountable!

In group training you will:

  • Do a fitness assessment of your current level of fitness, individually.
  • Set realistic goals individually with Willy.
  • Get circuit-style strength training with two other like-minded people.
  • Have a weekly goal review to keep you on track!
  • Nutrition and ongoing support from Willy and your group members.
